CTV confirmed today its acquisition of the full 100-episode order for the hit comedy ANGER MANAGEMENT from the Lionsgate Television Group. The announcement follows on the heels of a special sneak peek preview of the pilot episode that delivered nearly 3 million viewers (2.93 million) on CTV on August 12.

“Canadians have for years had a long standing love affair with Charlie Sheen on CTV,” said Mike Cosentino, Senior Vice-President, Programming, CTV Networks. “Today’s announcement ensures Canadian viewers will be entertained by Charlie Sheen, and the cast and creative team behind ANGER MANAGEMENT, for years to come.”

An encore broadcast of the ANGER MANAGEMENT sneak peek episode airsTuesday, Sept. 11 at 9 p.m. ET/PT followed by the series premiere onTuesday, Sept. 18 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. ANGER MANAGEMENT also airs Fridaysat 9:30 p.m. ET/PT on The Comedy Network beginning Sept. 14.

Bruce Helford (GEORGE LOPEZ, THE DREW CAREY SHOW) heads up the writing team and serves as showrunner. Joe Roth, Vince Totino, Dave Caplan and Mark Burg are executive producers along with Helford.
