This summer Corus Entertainment continues to give viewers exclusive up-close-and-personal experiences with the music industry’s hottest stars by featuring Austin Mahone and Olly Murs in two brand new One 2 One specials that will premiere YTV.In front of a live studio audience, multi-talented British singer-songwriter and musician Olly Murs sits down with YTV’s own Andy Chapman (CRUNCH, Extreme Babysitting) for a candid interview and then performs his hit singles Troublemaker and Heart Skips a Beat from his new album Right Place, Right Time. The special will premiere on Tuesday, June 25 at 7 p.m. (repeats at 10 p.m.)
Later in July, Carlos Bustamante (The Zone, The Next Star Season 6) welcomes Austin Mahone on stage to chat about his rise from burgeoning YouTube sensation to opening act for Taylor Swift. Austin also performs his hit singles What About Love and Say Somethin’. This interview and performance will premiere on Tuesday, July 16, at 7:30 p.m. (repeats at 10:30 p.m.).
The performances fall in line with Corus’ past top-rated One 2 One specials that have featured major musical guests including One Direction, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Victoria Justice and Lady Antebellum and have aired in the last year across kids and family specialty networks YTV, ABC Spark and CMT.
