Citytv Programming Highlights: Monday, May 24 – Sunday, May 30

Tune in to Citytv for a week packed with celebrity guest stars, inspiring reality shows and revealing family dramas. See below for highlights of brand new episodes airing next week.

The Bacherlorette (s/ABC): Monday, May 24 at 9:00pm ET/PT (8:00pm CT, 10:00pm MT)***Season Premiere***
Ali, the 25 year-old stunner from San Francisco is ready to put it all on the line in her second chance at finding Mr. Right. In the dramatic first episode of The Bachelorette, Ali meets the 25 handsome men – including Canadians Chris H, a real estate developer from Vancouver; Craig M, a dental sales representative from Sarnia, Ontario; and Justin, an entertainment wrestler from Toronto, Ontario – that will vie for her heart. Nothing can prepare Ali for the lengths these men will go to for her attention, like when a hunky skier does a death-defying back flip off the limo and one contender gets down on one knee and proposes. The competition heats up when Chris Harrison brings out the first impression rose, and Ali gets concerned when she receives early warning signals that some of the guys are there for reasons other than love. Tensions rise and tempers clash as the men check out their competition. As the men battle for position, Ali scoops up the first impression rose and offers it to someone who swept her off her feet. At the end of the night Ali eliminated eight of the 25 men, leaving 17 to compete for her heart.

How I Met Your Mother (s/CBS): Monday, May 24 at 8:00pm ET/PT (7:00pm CT, 9:00pm MT)***Season Finale***
Marshall (Jason Segel) and Lily (Alyson Hannigan) make a secret pact to start trying to have a baby if they ever see Barney’s (Neil Patrick Harris) doppelganger. Meanwhile, Robin (Cobie Smulders) finally gets an offer for her dream job.

The Biggest Loser (s/NBC): Tuesday, May 25 at 8:00pm ET/PT (7:00pm CT, 9:00pm MT)***Season Finale***
In this must-see LIVE finale, all of the contestants from this season return for a special reunion and a chance to weigh in one last time – revealing how much weight they’ve all lost since beginning their journeys. Joining them will be a few special guests from past seasons who will share their weight loss progress. There are four contestants left, but America has voted on the two players that fell below the yellow line in last week’s episode – choosing who will be the third finalist in the game. After the vote is revealed and the third finalist is announced, the eliminated player will then weigh in with the other 18 eliminated contestants to compete for the $100,000 “at home” prize. Then, it’s the moment viewers have been waiting for, when one of the three finalists will be named this season’s Biggest Loser and win the coveted grand prize of $250,000

Meanwhile, Julia (Erika Christensen) is forced to be on the Angel committee at Sydney’s (Savannah Paige Rae) school but is baffled when she has to take care of a single mom recovering from a breast augmentation.
