Glee, Canada’s #1 New Show concluded its amazing freshman season last night on Global taking in 2.5 million viewers (national 2+) and winning the night nationally and in all key markets.
Since its fall premiere on Global, pop culture phenomenon and fan favourite Glee has taken the world by storm. With guest star appearances from music moguls including Olivia Newton-John and award wins at the 2010 People’s Choice, Golden Globes® and SAG Awards®, Glee has firmly established itself as one of the brightest shows on television.

* Most-watched episode of the series for Adults 18-49 and the second highest-rated overall behind the hugely popular “Power of Madonna” episode (national 2+)
· Won the night nationally with 1.4 million viewers in the key demo A18-49 and in the three metered markets
* Up 30% from the series’ fall finale in December
· Up 29% versus the series’ season-to-date average
· Outperformed Citytv’s America’s Got Talent by 82% (Ind 2+) and 117% (A18-49) in Toronto
