Fox takes a stab at the live musical trend with Aaron Tveit as Danny and Julianne Hough as Sandy. A little Canadian content with Carly Rae Jepsen as Frenchy and some nostalgia in the forms of Didi Conn (from the movie) and Eve Plumb (Jan from The Brady Bunch). Also in the star-studded cast are Vanessa Hudgens, Mario Lopez, Joe Jonas, Ana Gasteyer, Wendell Pierce and Boys II Men.

Ryan Murphy expands his anthology franchise from American Horror Story to the world of real-life crime, including Cuba Gooding Jr. as O.J. Simpson, John Travolta as Robert Shapiro and Nathan Lane as F. Lee Bailey. This ten-episode series is based on a book by Jeffrey Toobin.
Wednesday
Madoff – 8 to 10pm on ABC (continuing on Thursday at the same time)
Oscar-winner Richard Dreyfuss stars as the notorious investment advisor Bernie Madoff, whose massive Ponzi scheme is considered to be the largest financial scam in U.S. history. Blythe Danner portrays his wife, Ruth, in this two-part movie event.

(If you haven’t heard, one of the sentimental favourites is certain to be the Coke commercial that reunites Mean Joe Greene with the boy who was tossed a football jersey after offering his soft drink to Mean Joe back in the ’70s.)
