This week, the teams gamble on their next challenge as a slot machine determines the ingredients they must use to create five different dishes.  Members from each team pull the lever to reveal a cut of steak and four ingredients that both sides will use.  The teams then go head-to-head to see who has the better steak cuisine. In a surprising turn of events, one team is forced to choose two of their own to face off for a spot in the challenge.  Later, an injury during dinner service jeopardizes one of the teams, as they may lose a strong member for the night.
