Citytv Programming Highlights: Monday, May 17 – Sunday, May 23

Chuck: Monday, May 17 at 10:00pm ET/PT (8:00pm CT, 9:00pm MT)
After his last dream, Chuck (Zachary Levi) asks Morgan (Joshua Gomez) to help him on a side mission. Their investigation becomes complicated when Stephen J. Bartowski (guest star Scott Bakula, Quantum Leap) returns and learns that Chuck downloaded the Intersect 2.0. Luckily, Chuck’s father may be able to help his son.

How I Met Your Mother (s/CBS): Monday, May 17 at 8:00pm ET/PT (7:00pm CT, 9:00pm MT)
When Ted (Josh Radnor) takes a date (guest star Judy Greer, Love Happens) to see a new hit movie, “The Wedding Bride,” he is shocked to learn the story is loosely based on his life, and that it was written by Tony (Jason Jones), the man Stella (Sarah Chalke) left him for at the altar. Jason Lewis (Sex in the City), Malin Akerman (27 Dresses) and Chris Kattan (The Middle) guest star.

The Biggest Loser (s/NBC): Tuesday, May 18 at 8:00pm ET/PT (7:00pm CT, 9:00pm MT)
The final four contestants go home to prepare for a marathon where some of the players have trouble staying on track. Later, they return to the ranch to run 26.2 miles, cheered on by family members as well as each of their favourite past season contestants – season 5 winner Ali Vincent, Season 2 winner Matt Hoover, and Season 7 contestants Mike Morelli and Sione Fa. The winner finishes in record time, breaking a Biggest Loser marathon record. Then it’s the very last “last chance workouts” with trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels before a final weigh in determines the two finalists – and which two contestants fall below the dreaded yellow line – leaving America to vote for the third finalist.

Parenthood (s/NBC): Tuesday, May 18 at 10:00pm ET/PT (9:00pm CT, 8:00pm MT)
A family walk for autism is jeopardized when Sarah (Lauren Graham) and Adam (Peter Krause) disagree over their daughters’ behavior. Haddie (Sarah Ramos) and Amber’s (Mae Whitman) secret anger comes to a head and splits the family in two. Elsewhere, Julia (Erika Christensen) tries to help Zeek (Craig T. Nelson) by arranging a dinner meeting for him. Meanwhile, Crosby (Dax Shepard) risks losing Jasmine (Joy Bryant) to New York after she auditions for a dance company.

Cougar Town (s/ABC): Wednesday, May 19 at 9:30pm ET/PT (8:30pm CT, 10:30pm MT)***Season Finale***
Jules (Courteney Cox) and Grayson (Josh Hopkins) hatch an elaborate plan to break the news to Bobby (Brian Van Holt) that they’re officially dating, and Travis (Dan Byrd) sees the wrath of a truly angry woman for the first time when he forgets his momentous seven-month anniversary with Kylie (Spencer Locke).

Modern Family (s/ABC): Wednesday, May 19 at 9:00pm ET/PT (8:00pm CT, 10:00pm MT)***Season Finale***
Claire (Julie Bowen ) makes an effort to take a new family portrait, but everybody is too busy to cooperate: Gloria (Sofia Vergara ) and Manny (Rico Rodriguez) go with Phil (Ty Burrell )and Alex (Ariel Winter) to a Lakers game and share an awkward moment on the jumbotron, Cameron (Eric Stonestreet ) gets a job as a wedding singer while Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) takes care of Lilly and a stray pigeon, and Luke (Nolan Gould) interviews Jay (Ed O’Neill ) for a school project.

Community (s/NBC): Thursday, May 20 at 8:00pm ET/PT (7:00pm CT, 9:00pm MT)** *Season Finale***
In the season finale, jealousy runs rampant at Greendale as Britta (Gillian Jacobs) and Professor Slater (guest star Lauren Stamile, Grey’s Anatomy) fight for the affection of Jeff (Joel McHale). Meanwhile, Troy (Donald Glover) is confused when his best friend, Abed (Danny Pudi), doesn’t invite him to move into his dorm room. John Oliver (The Daily Show) also guest stars.

Parks and Recreation (s/NBC): Thursday, May 20 at 8:30pm ET/PT (7:30pm CT, 9:30pm MT) ***Season Finale***
When Ben (guest star Adam Scott, Party Down) prevents Leslie (Amy Poehler) from holding a children’s concert, she takes matters into her own hands. Mark (Paul Schneider) makes some big decisions about his life, and Andy (Chris Pratt) gets some unexpected romantic attention. Rob Lowe (Brothers and Sisters) guest stars.

30 Rock (s/NBC): Thursday, May 20 at 9:30pm ET/PT (8:30pm CT, 10:30pm MT)***Season Finale***
Liz Lemon (Tina Fey) juggles the weddings of Floyd (guest star Jason Sudeikis, SNL), Cerie (Katrina Bowden) and Grizz (Grizz Chapman). Liz questions fate when she meets the man of her dreams, while Jack’s (Alec Baldwin) love triangle between high school love, Nancy Donovan (guest star Julianne Moore, Chloe), and CNBC anchor, Avery Jessup (guest star Elizabeth Banks, Zach and Miri Make a Porno), comes to a head. Meanwhile, Jenna’s (Jane Krakowski) boyfriend is confronted with a similar dilemma when his desire for another woman threatens to ruin their relationship, and Kenneth (Jack McBrayer), with the help of Tracy (Tracy Morgan), tries to avoid a promotion that would land him in LA. Matt Damon (The Informant!) Will Forte (SNL) and Michael Sheen (Frost/Nixon) also guest star.

The Marriage Ref (s/NBC): Thursday, May 20 at 10:00pm ET/PT (9:00pm CT, 8:00pm MT)

This week, new feuding couples bring their problems to Marriage Ref, Tom Papa, in the funny and revealing comedy series about the unpredictable and hilarious institution of marriage. Demi Moore, Kelly Ripa and Jim Breuer serve on the celebrity panel this week offering their “expert” opinions to the Ref, advising and influencing his decision.
