– With its highest audience since the fall, 1.6 million viewers watch ONCE UPON A TIME, leading up to its season finale on May 13 –
– CTV’s Sunday night wins with the Top 3 entertainment programs of the day –

THE AMAZING RACE completed its amazing 20th season last night with a remarkable 2.6 million viewers during its two-hour season finale on CTV, ending the season as Canada’s most-watched reality series. For the day, THE AMAZING RACE was #1 with total viewers and in all key demos. As well, it was #1 for the night in key markets, with total viewers and A25-54. In all, nearly 6 million viewers watched some or all of the episode (5.9 million), with the audience peaking at 3.3 million viewers when Army couple Dave and Rachel crossed the finish line to win $1 million. Overall, it was a winning Sunday for CTV as the network delivered the Top 3 most-watched entertainment programs of the day, capturing each hour from 7-11 p.m., nationally with total viewers and in all key demos*.

One week before its own season finale, a stand-alone ONCE UPON A TIME won its timeslot with 1.6 million viewers at 7 p.m., marking the series’ largest overnight audience since the fall, and up 22% with A25-54, 17% with A18-49 and 10% with A18-34 over last week’s episode.

At 10 p.m., GCB ended its first season with 1.05 million viewers. The series average of 1.23 million viewers makes it the #1 program in the 10 p.m. timeslot this spring with total viewers and all key adult demos.

Next Sunday, May 13 beginning at 7 p.m. ET/PT, it’s a night of finales on CTV beginning with the Season 1 finale of ONCE UPON A TIME. In “A Land Without Magic” (Sunday, May 13 at 7 p.m. ET/PT on CTV), Emma (Jennifer Morrison) and Regina (Lana Parrilla) team up in order to find a way to save Henry’s (Jared Gilmore) life. Meanwhile, in the fairytale land that was, Prince Charming (Josh Dallas) attempts to escape from the Evil Queen’s (Parrilla) clutches in order to reunite with Snow White(Ginnifer Goodwin) who, unbeknownst to him, has already taken a bite of the Queen’s poison apple.

Then, at 8 p.m. ET/PT, it’s a new episode of DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES leading into the two-hour finale of the landmark series. In “The People Will Hear,” Bree (Marcia Cross) begins to fall for her attorney, Trip (Scott Bakula, MEN OF A CERTAIN AGE). Susan (Teri Hatcher) becomes concerned when Julie (Andrea Bowen) doubts Porter’s (Charlie Carver) commitment to be a hands-on father to their unborn baby. Meanwhile, the women disapprove of Gaby’s (Eva Longoria) nonchalant attitude as Bree continues to stand trial and take the fall for Carlos (Ricardo Antonio Chavira) in the murder of Alejandro (Tony Plana).

At 9 p.mET/PT, during the two-hour series finale of DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES, Trip (Bakula) begs Bree (Cross) to tell him what really happened the night of Alejandro’s (Plana) murder as her trial begins to go south, and Gaby (Longoria) tries to come up with a solution that will take the burden off of Bree. Meanwhile, Susan (Hatcher) tries to keep the sale of her house private until she’s had a chance to break the news to the ladies, and Katherine Mayfair (Dana Delany) returns to Wisteria Laneand offers Lynette (Felicity Huffman) an intriguing job.
