In the season finale of THE GLASS HOUSE, the drama ends as the final two contestants battle it out to see who will take home the $250,000 cash prize.

7 p.m. – AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL – “The Girl Who Makes the Grade”– SEASON PREMIERE
In Cycle 19 of AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL 13 new hopefuls, all of which are currently enrolled in higher education, compete for model stardom. In this cycle British model Rob Evans and Filipino fashion blogger Bryanboy are new judges on the team, joining Tyra Banks and Kelly Cutrone on the panel. Celebrity stylist, Johnny Wujek also joins the crew as the new creative director of photo shoots.

Thursday, August 16
8 p.m. – CTV TWO MOVIE – RUDY (1993)
In the inspiring sports drama, RUDY, a young man learns to let nothing stop him from realizing his ambitions. RUDY depicts the life of Daniel “Rudy” Ruettiger (Sean Astin, The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King), who has dreamed of attending Notre Dame University and playing on the Fighting Irish football team. Once there, he becomes a walk-on player, serving as little more than a human tackling dummy against the starting players. Bloodied but unbeaten, Rudy wins the respect of legendary coach Ara Parseghian (Jason Miller, The Exorcist) and the other Irish players, who give him one shot at gridiron glory.

9 p.m. – CTV TWO MOVIE – JACK AND JILL (1997)
In the Canadian romantic comedy, JACK AND JILL, a couple in their thirties discovers that love in the ’90s can be a messy and complicated proposition. Jack (John Kalangis, My Big Fat Greek Wedding) and Jill (Canadian Kathryn Zenna, BROTHERS AND SISTERS) are going to get married, until Jack changes his mind and coldly announces his reluctance on a voice-mail message. The two later decide that rather than breaking up completely, they should allow themselves to see other people. Jack and Jill find their new flings at the same bookstore. Jack takes up with Laura, a beautiful customer, while Jill becomes seriously involved with store-clerk Stephen. When Jack and Laura realize that they don’t have the right chemistry for a long-term relationship, Laura decides to help him win Jill back.

Academy Award®-winning director, James Cameron (Avatar), takes us into the depths of the ocean In the OSCAR®-winning sci-fi film, THE ABYSS. The film tells a story about a civilian diving team that enlisted to search for a lost nuclear submarine and face danger while encountering an alien aquatic species. The designer of the platform, Dr. Lindsey Brigman (Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio, GRIMM), insists on accompanying the SEAL team, even though her estranged husband, Virgil “Bud” Brigman (GOLDEN GLOBE®-winner Ed Harris, Man on a Ledge), is currently serving as the platform’s foreman.

In A LOT LIKE LOVE, Oliver (Ashton Kutcher, TWO AND A HALF MEN) and Emily (Amanda Peet, Gulliver’s Travel) first met when they were college students sharing a flight from California to New York. Emily spontaneously seduced Oliver on the plane, and they spent the next few days together in New York. When they parted, Emily decided not to pursue a relationship with Oliver, but over the following years, the two crossed paths time and time again, becoming close friends and confidantes. Certain that they will never be in sync on a romantic level, as they both edge into their thirties, they begin to wonder if they’ve allowed a great opportunity pass them by.

In the film LADDER 49, Jack Morrison (Academy Award®-nominee Joaquin Phoenix, Two Lovers) is a younger firefighter in Baltimore’s Ladder Company 49 led by veteran Captain Mike Kennedy (Golden Globe®-winner John Travolta,Savages). When they both set out to fight the worst fire they’ve yet to encounter, Jack becomes trapped inside the 20-storey blaze.

9 p.m. – CTV TWO MOVIE – HUNT FOR THE JUSTICE: THE LOUISE ARBOUR STORY (2005)
The Gemini Award-winning CTV original movie HUNT FOR JUSTICE: THE LOUISE ARBOUR STORY follows the heroic struggle of Canadian Louise Arbour (Wendy Crewson, SAVING HOPE), Chief War Crimes Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. Arbour battles world politics and fierce opposition to prosecute Yugoslavia’s president Slobodan Milosevic for crimes against humanity. The film also stars William Hurt (Robin Hood) and John Corbett (PARENTHOOD).

The OSCAR®-winning legal drama ERIN BROCKOVICH tells the true story of a twice-divorced mother working as a low-level legal secretary, who takes it upon herself to fight powerful corporate forces. In her Academy Award®-winning role, Julia Roberts (Mirror Mirror), portrays Brockovich, who tracks a case of water poisoning created by Pacific Gas & Electric and champions it all the way up the judicial ladder, ultimately rallying 600 plaintiffs, and creating the largest class-action suit of its type.
