CTV Two Programming Highlights: May 20-31

CTV Two wraps up the month of May with season finales of DANCING WITH THE STARS, NASHVILLE, LAW & ORDER: SVU, THE VAMPIRE DIARIES. Plus all new episodes of FAMILY TOOLS and SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE.

Monday, May 20
8 p.m. – DANCING WITH THE STARS – NEW EPISODE – TWO HOURS – LIVE
The Top 3 finalists have their last chance to impress the judges and viewers during the final performance episode of the season.

Tuesday, May 21
9 p.m. – DANCING WITH THE STARS – SEASON FINALE – TWO HOURS – LIVE
The remaining celebrities join their dancing partners and perform live for judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba, and Bruno Tonioli to determine the winners of DANCING WITH THE STARS.

Wednesday, May 22
8:30 p.m. – FAMILY TOOLS – “Book Club Romance” – NEW EPISODE
After being off the market for years, Tony (J.K. Simmons) strikes up a romance only to have Jack (Kyle Bornheimer) discover that his is new girlfriend is two-timing him.

9 p.m. – LAW & ORDER: SVU – “Her Negotiation” – SEASON FINALE
After making a seemingly routine arrest of a man exposing himself in Central Park, Detective Rollins (Kelli Giddish) has a bad feeling about the suspect and calls upon the entire SVU squad and ADA Barba (Raul Esparza) for help.

10 p.m. – NASHVILLE – “I’ll Never Get Out of This World Alive” – SEASON FINALE
Country music superstar Brad Paisley guest stars as himself and performs with Rayna (Connie Britton) and Deacon (Charles Esten) on the season finale ofNASHVILLE.

Thursday, May 23
8 p.m. – THE VAMPIRE DIARIES – “Graduation” – SEASON FINALE – SPECIAL TIME
Damon’s (Ian Somerhalder) life is in danger after a ghostly encounter, while Matt (Zach Roerig) and Rebekah (Claire Holt) join forces to battle a ghost determined to find the cure. As everyone gathers for the graduation ceremony and the ghosts converge, help comes from an unlikely hero. Then, Elena (Nina Dobrev) makes a decision about the Salvatore brothers and faces an epic confrontation with Katherine (Nina Dobrev).

Sunday, May 26
7 p.m. – CTV TWO MOVIE – MATERIAL GIRLS (2006)
MATERIAL GIRLS follows the Marchetta sisters, Tanzie (Hilary Duff, GOSSIP GIRL) and Ava (Haylie Duff, Foodfight!), who enjoy material things such as shopping and dating, rather than caring about their late father’s cosmetics company. When a major media scandal involving their father’s night cream causing extreme skin conditions breaks out on the news, the press soon mob the girls, causing them to stay inside. The sisters find their assets frozen and must adjust to life without their fortune.

9 p.m. – SMASH – “The Nominations/The Tony’s” – SEASON FINALE – TWO HOURS
As Tom (Christian Borle) crosses an influential Tony voter and Ivy (Megan Hilty) copes with some very distracting news, Derek’s (Jack Davenport) past has repercussions for the entire “Hit List” team. As Jimmy (Jeremy Jordan) faces a final reckoning, Tom, Julia (Debra Messing), Derek (Jack Davenport), Karen (Katharine McPhee), Ivy, and most of all, Eileen (Anjelica Huston), wait to see if the ceremony will confirm their place in the Broadway pantheon once and for all.

Monday, May 27
9 p.m. – CTV TWO MOVIE – THE MOD SQUAD (1999)In the film, THE MOD SQUAD, three minor delinquents (Golden Globe®-winner Claire Danes, HOMELAND, Giovanni Ribisi, Ted, and Omar Epps, HOUSE) are recruited by a cop (Dennis Farina, The Last Rites of Joe May) working undercover to bust a drug ring. When the officer who recruited them is killed, they go above and beyond the call of duty to solve the murder and bust the drug ring. Suffering the jibes, and ridicule of fellow officers, they struggle to save their names, and that of their deceased benefactor.

Tuesday, May 28
8 p.m. – SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE – NEW EPISODE – TWO HOURS
The search continues tonight for America’s Favourite Dancer, as viewers get a look at the best dancers. Skilled in every dance style from Ballroom, Ballet and Salsa, to Jive, Hip Hop, and Krumping, dance hopefuls compete for a ticket to Las Vegas.

Wednesday, May 29
8:30 p.m. – FAMILY TOOLS – “Waiting for Mrs. Bichette” – NEW EPISODE
Terry (Leah Remini) challenges Tony (J.K. Simmons) to fix their shower, leading to an all-out war between the two of them, while Darren (Edi Gathegi) tries to escape a stalker ex-girlfriend.

9 p.m. – CRIMINAL MINDS – “All that Remains” – NEW EPISODE TO CTV TWO
When the daughters of Bruce Morrison (Ken Olin) go missing on the anniversary of their mother’s disappearance, the BAU is brought in to study Morrison as a possible suspect.

10 p.m. – CSI – “Risky Business Class” – NEW EPISODE TO CTV TWO
When five people are killed in a small plane crash, a mile off the Vegas strip, the CSI team is called to investigate. Meanwhile, Sara (Jorja Fox) feels the strain of having a long-distance relationship with Grissom (William Petersen) when a former lover of hers is involved with the crash investigation.

Thursday, May 30
9 p.m. – CTV TWO MOVIE – KISS THE BRIDE (2002)
In the film KISS THE BRIDE, Danni (Amanda Detmer, You, Me and Dupree), one of the sisters, is about to be the first one of her sisters to walk down the aisle. That is, if her three sisters won’t stop it. Niki (Brooke Langton, THE MENTALIST), Chrissy (Vanessa Parise, Shape), and Toni (Monet Mazur, Dead Man Running) return home for the long overdue family reunion, which ultimately turns into a contest of who can one-up the other.
