It’s been a week of surprise twists inside the Big Brother Canada house. In a vote of eight to two, Richmond Hill local Aneal Ramkissoon became the thirdhouseguest to be evicted from the Big Brother Canada house in Thursday night’s eviction episode on SliceTM.
The 21-year-old savvy strategist from Richmond Hill, Ontario lost out to Toronto native AJ Burman following an unexpected change in the course of Thursday’s episode.
“I’m shocked for sure but you just have to laugh about it. I’d rather go out on a twist than after a week of people conspiring against me,” said Aneal Ramkissoon.
This week, Tom Plant became the season’s third Head of Household (HOH) and nominated Gary Levy and Suzette Amaya for eviction. Prevailing in the Power of Veto (POV) challenge, Tom chose to remove Gary from the block and replace him with AJ Burman who had accepted Tom’s proposal to go on the block as a ‘pawn’ replacement nominee. In an unexpected development, Canada was given the chance to vote to save a life in Thursday’s Chevrolet Power Shift Vote. Suzette was saved and removed from the block, leaving Tom with the difficult task of naming a new replacement nominee. In an unfortunate turn of events for Aneal, he was selected as replacement nominee and sent packing in a majority vote by the rest of the house.
Thursday’s episode closed with a Head of Household challenge called “The Bees Knees”. Gathering pollen balls from an oversized garden inspired obstacle course, the houseguests had to fill their pockets with the balls and carry them to their hives. Emmett was the first to fill his hive with pollen, naming him the season’s fourth HOH.
Tune in Sunday night at 9 pm ET/PT to find out who he nominates for eviction and to watch as the houseguests are surprised with a St. Patrick’s Day inspired challenge.
Don’t miss Big Brother Canada’s first double eviction episode on Thursday, March 21st when two of the remaining twelve houseguests will walk out of the Big Brother Canada house within one hour.
