Corus Entertainment Announces a Series of New One 2 One Celebrity Interview Specials

Corus Entertainment announced that it has commissioned a series of new One 2 One celebrity interview specials to air throughout 2012 and 2013 across its kids and family specialty networks YTVABC Spark and CMT. On the heels of the One 2 One specials that aired this summer on YTV with musical guests One Direction and Katy Perry, the series continues this October with three new episodes featuring the best and brightest talent in music, television and film. Corus on-air personalities Carlos Bustamante (YTV’s The Zone) and Paul McGuire (CMT) are the hosts of One 2 One, interviewing the stars in intimate settings and in front of a live studio audience at Corus Quay.

On Sunday, October 14 at 1:30 p.m. (repeats at 8:30 p.m.), Australian singing sensation Cody Simpson sits down with YTV’s Carlos to discuss his North American domination. Simpson performs a few singles, in front of live studio-audience from his new album Paradise.

In front of a live studio-audience, Carlos interviews Victoria Justice, the multi-talented singer-songwriter, dancer and star of the Emmy®-nominated television show Victorious on Monday, October 22 at 7:30 p.m. Justice chats about the final season of her show and her upcoming Halloween movie Fun Size. 

Six-time Grammy®-Award-winning country superstar Taylor Swift sits down with Paul McGuire in front of live studio-audience, to discuss life and the release of her brand-new album Red,  the follow up to her commercially successful 2010 albumSpeak Now. This interview will premiere Monday, October 22 at 6 p.m. on CMTTuesday, October 23 at 7 p.m. on YTV (repeats at 10 p.m.)and Thursday, November 8 at 7:30 p.m. on ABC Spark.
