OMNI Television Celebrates IIFA 2011 with a Special Selection of Bollywood Films on Bollywood Freetime Movie

Join OMNI Television and celebrate IIFA 2011 with a special selection of films on Bollywood Free Time Movie from Sunday May 8 to Sunday, July 3 at 12pm ET/MT (2pm PT). This will lead up to OMNI Television’s special coverage of the much anticipated IIFA Weekend, along with the live-to-tape special broadcast of the IIFA Awards.

Shake, shimmy and sing to this amazing line up of Bollywood movies. Tune in to OMNI on Sundays to catch some of Bollywood’s most notable movies to date including the 2011 IIFA nominated film, Once Upon Time in Mumbai, the Canadian television premiere and the 2007 IIFA nominated film Taal. Get into the spirit of IIFA with nominated actress Kareena Kapoor in Golmaal 3 and the 2004 best actress winner Preity Zinta in Koi Mil Gayaa. Looking for comedy? Laugh along with last year’s winner for best film, 3 idiots and the 2001 movie Dil Chahta Hai.

OMNI Bollywood Freetime Movie airs every Sunday on OMNI. 2 in Ontario, OMNI Alberta and OMNI BC. Offering a variety of both new and classic Bollywood feature films. OMNI Bollywood Freetime Movie includes the hottest and most sought after blockbuster hits in Indian Cinema. A new smash hit film is featured weekly in Hindi, with English subtitles and many of these films are Canadian television premieres, never before aired on terrestrial television.
