Happy anniversary! ESPN Classic celebrates 10 years on the air by showcasing some of the most memorable moments in sports from the last decade. Host Vic Rauter relives these vintage sports events from the past 10 years in two days of 10th anniversary programming on Wednesday, Sept. 7 and Thursday, Sept. 8 on ESPN Classic.
Highlights of ESPN Classic’s anniversary special include Canada’s heartbreaking loss to the Russians in the 2011 IIHF WORLD JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP Gold Medal game on Wednesday, Sept. 7 at 6 p.m. ET and the Saskatchewan Roughriders 13th man controversy at the 2009 GREY CUP on Sept. 7 at 10 p.m. ET.
Fans can join the celebration by visiting ESPN Classic online to vote for their top sports moment from the past 10 years – from Sidney Crosby’s golden goal at the 2010 Olympic Winter Games to Mike Weir’s career-defining victory at the 2003 Masters, and everything in between.

Rugby World Cup
As TSN launches its exclusive coverage of the 2011 RUGBY WORLD CUP, ESPN Classic includes a full day of coverage from past Rugby World Cups, including South Africa’s historic 1995 finals victory over New Zealand. Coverage beginsFriday, Sept. 9 at 12 midnight ET.
NHL on TSN
With hockey fans gearing up for the 2011-12 NHL season, ESPN Classic presents10 Years of NHL on TSN, airing 12 of the most memorable games from the last decade beginning Sunday, Sept. 11 at 12 midnight ET. Highlights include the Montreal Canadiens shocking the Washington Capitals in an unforgettable Game 7 upset in the 2010 Eastern Conference Quarter-final on Sunday, Sept. 11 at 8 p.m. ET, followed by the Philadelphia Flyers comeback victory over the Boston Bruins in Game 7 after being down 3-0 in the 2010 Eastern Conference Semifinal series – becoming only the third team in league history to accomplish the feat.
