Season 1 of The Path sees the return of two Meyerist members — Cal Roberts (Dancy), who, after three years in San Diego, returns intent on leading the organization into its next generation; and Eddie Lane (Paul), who, while completing his 6R training in Peru, experienced a horrifying vision of the organization’s truth. Eddie’s wife, Sarah Lane (Monaghan), finds herself torn between supporting the movement she fiercely believes in and her husband’s growing concerns and erratic behaviour. Loyalty and belief break down as questions about the truth of the Meyerist Movement are raised.
The Path is a 10-episode, Hulu original series from Universal Television and True Jack Productions. Jessica Goldberg is the series creator and serves as executive producer. Jason Katims and Michelle Lee also serve as executive producers. Season 2 will premiere on Showcase at a later date.
