With CTV Life Channel’s new original docu-reality series LISTING LARGE set to premiere Monday, Oct. 16 at 8 p.m. ET on CTV Life, CTV.ca, and the CTV app, meet the team from the Wiltshire Eccleston Group (WE) featured on the upcoming 10-episode half-hour series. LISTING LARGE follows the journey of Real Estate moguls and business partners Odeen Eccleston and Lamont Wiltshire as they juggle their growing real estate empire while dealing with the demands of parenthood, friendship, and their past romantic relationship.
Eccleston and Wiltshire have been business partners for close to ten years, taking the Wiltshire Eccleston Group (WE) from a small venture run out of their cars to a nationally recognized success story. Now, during a very challenging market, they are launching a new brokerage, hiring new agents, and breaking ground on a number of high-end developments – all while exploring what the future holds.

Odeen Eccleston | @odeen
Odeen is a boss, in every sense of the word. She is a top real estate mogul in Toronto – one of the most competitive markets in the world – and she is raising a five-year-old son. She rocks fashionable looks from the construction site to school pickup, while working multimillion-dollar deals in luxury development, construction, and sales projects. She began her career in real estate at just 21-years-old, obtaining her license and purchasing her first investment property. She now owns her own businesses with her partner, Lamont (who’s also her former beau), and they’re about to launch their biggest venture yet – a new brokerage with new staff and a new office.

Lamont is a diligent businessman who leads the charge on the development and construction side of his and Odeen’s firm. If Odeen is the heart of their company, he is the head that ensures they turn a profit. After conquering the luxury car industry at a young age, Lamont turned his sights to real estate when an investment property flip turned him a big profit. Thankfully, building is in the Wiltshire family’s DNA and Lamont learned the ins and outs of the business from his father. That one house flip turned into another and another, and once he sought out Odeen to take on his listings, the rest became history. Their dating story has seen its ups and downs, but the success of their business partnership is undeniable.
Crystal Ferrari | @crystal_ferrari
Crystal is a top sales agent who is tough as nails and highly competitive. She happens to be Lamont’s sister-in-law, but there is no favouritism here – her record stands for itself. Crystal makes it her business to know all, keeping tabs on the drama, including who Lamont is or is not dating. As Odeen and Lamont expand their team, Crystal is sussing out the competition and making sure she will remain number one. Crystal is also the mom of 20-year-old daughter, Destiny, who is now following in her mom’s footsteps and stepping into the world of real estate. Crystal is showing her kid the ropes but she has a tough love approach. She sets the bar high and expects everyone to play by those rules, even family.

Alyssa is new to the company, but not to real estate. She has been working with high roller clients for many years in construction, so she knows the business inside and out. Alyssa brings A-list contacts that could have a big impact on the WE Group’s bottom line. She is used to getting things done on her own and has the confidence to go toe-to-toe with any agent – even Crystal – but she may face a learning curve getting used to how things work at this company.

Diana is an up-and-coming real estate star just three years into the gig. She got a later start in the industry and sought out Odeen for mentorship. Odeen saw her potential and brought her into the WE Group knowing, with the right guidance, Diana will be signing deals and getting clients in no time. But if Diana wants to succeed, she will have to get used to taking pointers from her fellow agents, which does not always come easily.

Stefan is the youngest and greenest new hire at the WE Group. After watching Odeen give expert advice on a talk show, he cold-called the firm and pledged to work and learn from Odeen and Lamont, however possible. As their assistant, he is eager to please but not afraid to voice his opinions, which are many! He sometimes forgets he’s not an agent yet, and doesn’t have the same experience that they do. While he is working toward his real estate license, his outsized confidence has helped him gain Odeen’s trust, despite his frequent mishaps.
Nicole De Silva | @askseeksold
Nicole has known Odeen since their high school days and her inspiring success was the reason that Nicole became an agent herself. It only made sense for Nicole to be the WE Group’s first agent long before the brokerage officially launched. Nicole has been away on maternity leave, but she’s ready to hit the ground running on her return, and take back her spot among the new hires.
In the premiere episode, “Lift Off” (airing Monday, Oct. 16 at 8 p.m. ET), Eccleston and Wiltshire balance their complicated personal history with the launch of their luxurious new office space.
