Genre Fanatics Rejoice! SPACE Takes Viewers to San Diego Comic-Con During the Two-Part Original Special INNERSPACE: COMIC-CON, August 2 and 3

Vampires, superheroes and a time-travelling leading man were just some of the sights to be seen during the annual comic book and pop culture convention Comic-Con, and SPACE’s INNERSPACE was on the scene as thousands of genre fans converged in San Diego. From panels, celebrities, and everything in-between, Canadian fans get an inside look at the infamous convention as INNERSPACE hosts Cynthia Loyst and Teddy Wilson recap all the action in a two-part original SPACE special, INNERSPACE: COMIC-CON, airing Thursday, Aug. 2 and Friday, Aug. 3 at 6 p.m. ET. Sharing their favourite moments from the convention, hosts Loyst and Wilson also give viewers the inside scoop on the latest and greatest in television and film. INNERSPACE goes to the movies in part one of INNERSPACE: COMIC-CON on Thursday, Aug. 2 at 6 p.m. ET, as the hosts talk to Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner about the final chapter of the famous franchise. Loyst and Wilson also chat with Matt Damon about his futuristic film Elysium, and get the scoop on Iron Man 3 from star Robert Downey Jr. Legendary director Tim Burton reveals details behind his short film remake Frankenweenie, and Michelle Williams, one of the leading ladies of Oz: The Great and Powerful, talks about what viewers can expect from the upcoming fantasy film.

On Friday, Aug. 3 at 6 p.m. ET, it’s all about TV as the INNERSPACE hosts talk to the Time Lord himself, DOCTOR WHO’s leading man Matt Smith, as well as legendary actor and star of the upcoming drama THE FOLLOWING, Kevin Bacon. Canadian-born Stephen Amell also chats with INNERSPACE about what to expect from the premiere of his upcoming superhero series ARROW, and Loyst and Wilson also score interviews with a plethora of stars from THE BIG BANG THEORY, THE VAMPIRE DIARIES, BEING HUMAN, NIKITA, CULT, SUPERNATURAL, MERLIN, and more.
