Space took a bite out of primetime viewing last Friday night as the exclusive Canadian premiere of SHARKNADO drew in 300,000 total viewers, making it the #1 entertainment specialty program of the day. During its time slot, Space ranked as the #1 entertainment specialty network for total viewers and the A25-54 and A18-49 demos. Hot on the fins of a Twitter maelstrom during its U.S. premiere, the highly-buzzed about movie generated 22,513 Twitter mentions in Canada, resulting in 28 million total impressions.
