SPACE Takes Over Fan Expo Canada™ This Weekend, With Panels, Autograph Sessions, and INNERSPACE

Canada’s largest genre convention, Fan Expo Canada, returns to Toronto this weekend, and SPACE is once again front and centre for all of the action. From the hottest celebrity panels, exhibits, and interviews with the stars, INNERSPACE has Fan Expo covered from every angle. Now entering its 18th year, Fan Expo runs from Thursday to Sunday at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, while INNERSPACE covers all-things genre Monday to Friday at 6 p.m. ET on SPACE.

Fans lucky enough to be in Toronto are encouraged to hit up the SPACE booth throughout Fan Expo for the latest info and giveaways. The booth will also be home to an autograph session with INNERSPACE hosts Ajay Fry, Cynthia Loyst, and Teddy Wilson at 11 a.m. ET on Saturday. The trio will host some of the biggest panels at Fan Expo, including sessions with Julie Benz, Levar Burton, William B. Davis, John Barrowman, Gillian Anderson, Christopher Lloyd, and Amanda Tapping.

From behind-the-scenes stories to an exclusive look at some of SPACE’s upcoming programming, the channel delivers two panels of its own this weekend.INNERSPACE hosts are up first on Saturday, Aug. 25 at 2 p.m. ET in Room 714 as they highlight another great year of INNERSPACE, share some of their favourite stories, and answer fan questions. The first 80 people to attend the panel will also become the envy of their friends as they’ll receive a wristband for an exclusive screening later that day of the Season 7 premiere of SPACE’s most-watched series, DOCTOR WHO.

Then, on Sunday, Aug. 26 at 11 a.m. ET in Room 715, Teddy Wilson hosts “The SPACE Insider: An In-Depth Look at SPACE Programming” panel, featuring the creators and executive producers from some of SPACE’s new original series including BITTEN, PRIMEVAL: NEW WORLD, ORPHAN BLACK, and PANIC BUTTON.

INNERSPACE has unparalleled access throughout Fan Expo so fans who aren’t able to attend in person can check out INNERSPACE starting tonight and all of next week at 6 p.m. ET on SPACE, for Fan Expo updates and recaps. Fans can also receive up-to-the-minute updates and highlights at SPACEcast.com/Fan-Expoor via Facebook and Twitter @SPACEchannel.
