E! Kicks Off the Summer With Three All-New Original E! PRESENTS

Celebrated executive producer and Emmy® Award-winner Nigel Lythgoe (AMERICAN IDOL, SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE) brings singing competitions to a whole new level with the debut of his new one-of-a-kind series OPENING ACT, premiering exclusively on E!, Monday, July 9 at 10 p.m. ET, following a special episode of KEEPING UP WITH THE KARDASHIANS at 9 p.m. ET (visit eonline.ca for local listings). OPENING ACT is an inspiring series that delivers the chance of a lifetime for some of today’s hottest yet undiscovered internet sensations, with no auditions, no judges, no eliminations, and no competitions. These talented artists from all genres of music do not even know they are being considered for this opportunity until they are surprised at their doorsteps with the chance to open the show for today’s hottest stars, including Nicki Minaj, Rod Stewart, LMFAO, Brad Paisley, Jason Aldean, Jason Mraz, and Gym Class Heroes.

“It’s great to be able to show Canadians a more personal side of their favourite E! stars,” said Leah Miller, E! host. “From chatting with Giuliana and Bill in their new restaurant, to meeting the Eastwoods in New York and then getting up close and personal with the Kardashians – it’s been a fascinating whirlwind of interviews!”

In E! PRESENTS: GIULIANA & BILL (Thursday, June 28 at 9:30 p.m. ET), E! host Leah Miller sits down with E! NEWS host and FASHION POLICE enforcer Giuliana Rancic and her husband Bill, to uncover the secrets to their personal and professional success. Canadians get a behind-the-scenes look at life lessons from their E! reality series GIULIANA & BILL, from navigating long-distance love to preparing for parenthood. This special precedes a new episode of GIULIANA & BILL entitled “Baby Dreams” (9 p.m. ET on E!) in which the couple explores alternative and controversial methods to start a family.

In E! PRESENTS: THE EASTWOODS (Sunday, July 29 at 10 p.m. ET), reality star Dina Eastwood opens about her unusual life, keeping her famous family grounded and her dream to launch a boy band in America without compromising her celebrated husband Clint Eastwood’s reputation. Her stepdaughter Francesca Eastwood and Overtone lead singer Emile Welman also join in the discussion.

In E PRESENTS: THE KARDASHIANS (Sunday, August 5 at 10 p.m. ET), Leah keeps up with the famous Kardashian clan in L.A. and Toronto, chatting up Kim, Khloe, Rob and Kris Jenner on the topics of love, fashion and untold family secrets. Kim talks Kanye West, Kris spills on plastic surgery and Khloe sets the record straight on her TV hiatus. Canadians may think they know everything about E!’s first family, but there’s still more to be revealed!
