History Television is experiencing its best season in channel history with record-setting audience numbers and extensive season-to-date viewership gains. Confirmed data from BBM Canada shows that History Television has firmly secured the #2 Specialty position (A25-54) with double-digit growth in all key demographics, including women and younger viewers. With a remarkable five out of 10 of the country’s most-watched Specialty programs (A25-54), History Television is outpacing non-sports Specialty competitors by over 30% and delivering audience numbers that rival even the newest conventional programs.

M25-54 and A18-49) with an AMA of 53,500 (A25-54)
· Outperforming its closest competitors YTV by 36% (A25-54) and Discovery Network by 42% (A25-54) nationally
· History Television has grown by 29% for A25-54 nationally versus Fall 09; 20% for A18-49 vs. Fall 09
· Experiencing huge growth with women: up 30% vs. Fall 09 and ranks as the #4 Specialty channel in the W25-54 demographic
· History Television has five out of 10 of the country’s most-watched Specialty programs (A25-54)
· Record-breaking results: Pawn Stars claimed the highest audience ever for a series on History Television with 740,000 (2+) and 393,000 (A25-54)*
