Gym-nuts can jump back on the mat with an exclusive sneak peek of the Season 3 premiere of MAKE IT OR BREAK IT (9 p.m. ET) before it settles into its regular timeslot on Monday, April 4 at 7 p.m. ET. Rounding out the Monday line-up is the return of the off-the-wall high school comedy THE HARD TIMES OF RJ BERGER (10 p.m. ET).

Programming descriptions below:

THE SECRET LIFE OF THE AMERICAN TEENAGER(Season Premiere)
Monday, March 28 at 8 p.m. ET
Summer vacation is over and everyone is back at school and dealing with relationships that are becoming increasingly complicated. Amy has decided she would like to take her relationship to the next level with Ricky. Meanwhile, he returns to his apartment after an anxious day at the clinic to find his birth mom out of prison, and looking for a place to stay. With Adrian now expecting, her and Ben are excited and anxious to find out the gender of their baby. Beverley Mitchell (7th HEAVEN) guest stars as the new guidance counselor, and one of her first visits is from Ashley, who decides she wants to be home schooled.

THE HARD TIMES OF RJ BERGER (Season Premiere)
Monday, March 28 at 10 p.m. ET
Last season, RJ left the girl of his dreams, Jenny Swanson, at the winter formal, to lose his virginity to his stalker friend Lily Miran moments before she flat lined in the hospital. Now, RJ waits to find out Lily’s fate and the fate of his relationship with Jenny. Season 2 also brings more outrageous moments and antics at Pinkerton High with special appearances by Paris Hilton, rockers Weezer, and everyone’s favourite guido Vinny Guadagnino (JERSEY SHORE).

MAKE IT OR BREAK IT (Season Premiere)
Monday, April 4 at 9 p.m. ET
Even though all four Rock girls made the US World’s team, there’s not much celebrating going on in the gym. While Kaylie struggles in rehab as counsellors try to get her to accept she has an eating disorder, the team’s uncertain future looms over them. Now they have to put on a brave face when attending an exhibition in Denver, where they deal with the constant taunting of Kelly Parker. But with no coach, a possible criminal record, and salacious rumours about a torrid affair, can the team, minus one of their own, hold its head up high?
