Starz, announced today that the third season of the groundbreaking series “Vida” will premiere on Sunday, April 26, 2020 at 9PM ET/PT, airing six episodes week-to-week on STARZ in the U.S. and Canada.
“Vida” returns with Emma and Lyn riding on the heels of success. The bar is booming and their love lives are actually flourishing… until the Hernandez sisters discover a long-buried family secret that ruins their hard-won peace. The sisters find themselves face to face with old ghosts and new enemies, all while deciding if they can continue together as a family or if they should move on alone, for good this time.
“Certified Fresh” on Rotten Tomatoes with a perfect score of 100% for its first two seasons and Comedy Series Award–winner at the 2019 GLAAD Media Awards, “Vida” is created and executive produced by Tanya Saracho; Big Beach TV’s Robin Schwartz, Peter Saraf and Marc Turtletaub; and Stephanie Langhoff (“Togetherness,” The Bronze, The Skeleton Twins).
“Vida” stars Melissa Barrera (“Club de Cuervos,” upcoming In the Heights) as Lyn, Mishel Prada (“Riverdale”) as Emma, Ser Anzoategui (“East Los High”) as Eddy, Chelsea Rendon (Bright) as Marisol, Carlos Miranda (The Bling Ring) as Johnny, and Roberta Colindrez (“I Love Dick”) as Nico.
