T+E lifts spirits with must-see Creep Week event this October

T+E’s highly-anticipated annual broadcast event, Creep Week, returns with more ghosts and louder screams on Saturday, October 10 and continues through Sunday, October 18. With over 100 hours of nail-biting programming, T+E’s Creep Week keeps viewers entertained in lockdown as they feast on real-life stories told by Canadians, and those living across the globe, who have been spooked, possessed and haunted by the unknown. Creep Week’s ghoulish lineup includes three new series, Paranormal Night Shift, My Paranormal Nightmare: Be Very Afraid and Paranormal Captured, alongside programming marathons of hit resurrected series, including Paranormal Caught on Camera, Haunted Hospitals and Hotel Paranormal, narrated by the Canadian icon, Dan Aykroyd.

“With Halloween set to look a lot different this year, audiences can rely on T+E to deliver the spookiest Creep Week lineup yet,” says Jamie Schouela, President, Global Channels and Media, Blue Ant Media. “As the home of paranormal programming, we’ve stacked our schedule with exclusive premieres and returning favourites that promise to deliver a well-timed jump out of your seats this October.”

Ahead of Halloween, T+E treats viewers to the all-new series Paranormal Night Shift (Oct. 17 at 9 p.m. ET/PT), which delves into the bone-chilling first-hand accounts of those who have been haunted and hunted by otherworldly spirits while working alone – or so they thought – during the graveyard shift. Several Canadians across the country share their late-night ghost stories, from a Toronto-based highschool caretaker, restaurant owner and IT worker; to a concert hall owner in London, Ontario and a crime scene cleaner in Alberta.

Then, get ready for bed with My Paranormal Nightmare: Be Very Afraid (Oct. 17 at 10 p.m. ET/PT), as paranormal eyewitnesses across North America recount the terrifying true tales of horrific hauntings that have plagued their nightmares since childhood; from run-ins with a tortured ghost bride to a violent poltergeist and a dangerous demon. Also new, Paranormal Captured (Oct. 15 at 10 p.m. ET/PT) offers the perfect British ghost-invasion with stories told by those living across the pond who caught unexplained, paranormal incidents on camera.

To keep the goosebumps coming, T+E will be airing daily paranormal programming marathons throughout Creep Week. The spooktacular marathons include fan-favourites series such as I Saw the Unknown, Paranormal Caught on Camera, Paranormal 911, Help! My House is Haunted, Haunted Hospitals, Strange Evidence, Paranormal State and Hotel Paranormal. For more details, T+E’s #CreepWeek schedule can be found here.
