With the #1 overall pick in the 2013 NHL DRAFT up for grabs, one lucky NHL team will go home with the evening’s biggest prize when NHL Deputy Commissioner Bill Daly reveals the draft order on the 2013 SCOTIABANK NHL DRAFT LOTTERYTM, live Monday, April 29 at 8 p.m. ET, exclusively on TSN. The 2013 SCOTIABANK NHL DRAFT LOTTERYTM headlines TSN’s prime-time lineup of extensive Playoff Preview coverage just before the 2013 STANLEY CUP® PLAYOFFS kick off on April 30, including the following (see below for additional details):

2013 SCOTIABANK NHL DRAFT LOTTERYTM
TSN’s production of the 2013 SCOTIABANK NHL DRAFT LOTTERYTM also airs live on TSN Mobile TV and on NBC Sports Network in the U.S. Coverage of the lottery is also available live on TSN Radio 1050 Toronto and on demand onTSN.ca.

The 2013 SCOTIABANK NHL DRAFT LOTTERYTM will be the first in NHL history in which all 14 teams not qualifying for the Stanley Cup® Playoffs – or teams that have acquired the first-round drafting positions of those non-playoff teams – will have a chance at winning the right to the first overall selection.

Daly joins host James Duthie and Hockey Insider Bob McKenzie for the 30-minute TSN original production, which features representatives from each of the five teams most likely to win the lottery and #1 overall pick.

McKenzie ranks the consensus Top 10 prospects and TSN Scout Craig Buttonprojects how the first 14 picks will unfold once the draft order is determined. The show also includes a feature on consensus No. 1-ranked prospect Seth Jones of the Portland Winterhawks.
