Road Warriors: Episode 2 of THE EXTRA YARD: INSIDE THE 2011 ARGOS, Premieres This Thursday at 10:30 p.m. ET on TSN

In the second installment of TSN’s critically-acclaimed original production THE EXTRA YARD: INSIDE THE 2011 ARGOS, fans get an inside look at the team as it faces the difficult task of opening the season with three straight road games. Episode 2 debuts this Thursday at 10:30 p.m. ET on TSN, immediately following the CFL on TSN game featuring Montreal @ Toronto at 7:30 p.m. ET. Fans at the Argos game can also stay in their seats to watch the episode on the big screen at Rogers Centre.

An encore presentation of Episode 2 will air on Saturday, Aug. 6 at 12 noon ET on CTV (visit CTV.ca to confirm local broadcast times).

During the team’s intense three-week away-game stretch, Episode 2 goes behind the scenes of the Argos’ dramatic season opening victory against the Calgary Stampeders and disappointing losses to the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and two-time Grey Cup defending champion Montreal Alouettes. Throughout the 60-minute episode fans will learn how Argos’ Head Coach Jim Barker stresses ‘trust’ as the most important element of his coaching philosophy.

See below for clips from Episode 2 of THE EXTRA YARD: INSIDE THE 2011 ARGOS:

Clip #1: Coach Barker sits the players down for a pep talk off the field, warning the players “this week’s [game is] going to be a physical war.”
