TSN continues to set new benchmarks for CFL television audiences with Saturday’s Saskatchewan-Edmonton game attracting an average audience of 1.35 million viewers – making it the most-watched regular season game in CFL history. The game capped off a record-setting season for the CFL ON TSN with an average audience of 807,000 viewers throughout the network’s full slate of 72 regular season games.
The record game cements the 2010 season as the most impressive regular season ever for the CFL in terms of television audiences. Audiences on TSN are up 35% compared to last season’s average audience*. Highlighting the schedule were 14 games that recorded audiences of more than one million viewers. The most-watched CFL games of the 2010 season include:
· Edmonton @ Saskatchewan on Nov. 6 – 1.35 million
· Winnipeg @ Saskatchewan on Sept. 5 (Labour Day Classic) – 1.34 million
· Calgary @ Saskatchewan on Sept. 17 – 1.22 million
· BC @ Winnipeg on Oct. 11 (Thanksgiving Day Game) – 1.19 million
· Saskatchewan @ BC on July 10 – 1.15 million
· Edmonton @ Calgary on Sept. 6 (Labour Day Classic) – 1.13 million
The CFL ON TSN also saw significant growth in several key demographics with audience in the 18-34 demographic up 53% compared to last season.

CFL Playoff Coverage on TSN
CFL ON TSN continues with all CFL Playoff games beginning this Sunday, Nov. 14 with the Eastern Semifinal featuring Toronto @ Hamilton at 1 p.m. ET and then the Western Semifinal with B.C. @ Saskatchewan at 4 p.m. ET. TSN’s award-winning CFL broadcast team will be on hand to deliver all of the game action along with extensive game analysis.
TSN’s CFL Playoff action continues on Sunday, November 21 with the Eastern Final at 1 p.m. ET followed by the Western Final at 4 p.m. ET.
