TV Gord’s What’s On for the week of May 11-17, 2015

Monday

CSI Cyber – 9pm on CTV (Tuesday at 10pm on CBS)

This CSI spinoff once again airs three episodes this week, this one at a special day and time and two back-to-back episodes on Wednesday from 9 to 11pm on both CBS and CTV.

Tuesday

Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD – 9 to 11pm on ABC and CTV

The two-hour season finale, “S.O.S.”, pits both enemies and friends against one another in a line-blurring war.

Mind Control – 9pm on City

This reality/game show features five teams that try to win using the power of their minds through cutting edge EEG Technology.

Undateable – 9 to 10pm on NBC

The season ends with two back-to-back episodes.

Wednesday

Mad Men Marathon – starts at 6pm

Every episode will be shown 24 hours a day until the series finale at 10pm on Sunday.

Thursday

Wayward Pines – Series premiere at 9pm on Fox and City

When two federal agents go missing in Wayward Pines, Idaho, Secret Service Agent Ethan Burke (Matt Dillon) sets out to find them. One of the missing agents is Ethan’s former partner, Kate (Carla Gugino). After Ethan is involved in a car accident upon his arrival in the seemingly perfect town, he wakes up in the hospital without his wallet, ID or money, and cannot find a working phone to contact anyone at home. Also stars Melinda Leo, Juliette Lewis and Terrence Howard.

The Awesomes – 9:30 on Teletoon

The second season begins of this animated comedy about a team of second-string superheroes, created by Saturday Night Live vets Seth Meyers and Michael Shoemaker and featuring many voices from the SNL cast (past and present).

Friday

ACM Presents: Superstar Duets – 9 to 11pm on CBS

Country music legends perform duets with today’s country stars, including Dierks Bentley, Clint Black, Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Sam Hunt, Miranda Lambert, Patty Loveless, Ronnie Milsap and Darius Rucker.

Saturday

The Billboard Music Awards: An Insider’s Guide – 9pm on ABC

Lara Spencer hosts this hour-long preview of Sunday night’s Billboard Awards.

Sunday

The 2015 Billboard Music Awards – 8 to 11pm on ABC and CTV

Festivities at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas recognize artists; Ludacris and Chrissy Teigen host; scheduled performers include Fall Out Boy, Wiz Khalifa, Hozier, Nick Jonas and Sam Smith.

The I Love Lucy Superstar Special – 8pm on CBS

Two newly-colourized back-to-back episodes of I Love Lucy when the Ricardos and the Mertzes traveled to Hollywood. William Holden, Eve Arden and George Reeves are guests in the episodes, “L.A. At Last” and “Lucy and Superman”.

Battle Creek – 9pm to 11pm on CBS and Global

The recently-cancelled Vince Gilligan series burns off two episodes in a row.

The Royals – 10pm to 11:15

The first season finale of the salacious melodrama of a fictional royal family is extended by 15 minutes, so adjust those recording devices accordingly.
