Disclaimers: All times eastern. CBS shows on Sundays may run over because of NFL Football. PBS times may vary by your local station’s whims.
By the way, check out our Channel Canada Fall Calendar, too!
Sunday
Once Upon A Time – 8 to 10pm on ABC/CTV – Two back-to-back episodes
The Mindy Project – 8pm on City – 4th Season Premiere
Although the season has already premiered on Citytv.com, it’s now on conventional TV, too! (The series, which was cancelled by Fox after three seasons, is now on Hulu in the U.S., so City is the only place where we can see it…legally.)
Keeping Up With The Kardashians – 9pm on E! – 11th Season Premiere
The Royals – 10pm on E! – 2nd Season Premiere
E!’s first foray into scripted television is back for a second season of sex, intrigue, sex, family squabbling (royal style) and sex. Season two deals with the death of the King and the fallout from his malevolent brother’s ascension to the throne. And sex.
Into The Badlands – 10pm on AMC – Series Premiere
If you’ve watched anything on AMC, you’ve seen the promos for this. This six-episode first season follows a martial arts warrior and a young boy who travel the land seeking enlightenment. AMC is cleverly scheduling it between The Walking Dead and Talking Dead (which will follow at 10:55pm).
Monday
Supergirl and NCIS: Los Angeles – 8pm and 10pm on CBS/Global
In light of the attacks in Paris on Friday, terrorist-themed episodes of these two shows are being swapped out with episodes that were intended to be aired in the next few weeks.
The episode of Supergirl that was originally intended to air this week dealt with a series of bombings in National City (the fictional locale of this series). It will be replaced by the episode that was mean to air on November 23rd. The NCIS: LA episode originally planned for this week is a story about ISIS recruiting young women. The episode planned for December 7th will air instead.
Presumably, the episodes planned for this week will simply swap dates, although CBS has not confirmed that.
Tuesday
Chicago Med – 7pm on Global/9pm on NBC – Series Premiere
If you watch Chicago Fire and Chicago PD, you know all about this already. The third series in the set, we now get to see the medical folks who’ve interspersed in the other shows in their own stories. And now, our world is complete (although, I won’t be surprised to see Chicago Law, Chicago News, Chicago Café Tim Horton, etc. in the future).
