These new episodes explore challenges such as paternity tests, educational sacrifices, and financial disputes. These new episodes follow teens Jenelle, Nikkole, Valerie, Chelsea, Lori, Samantha, Nicole, Leah, Lizzie, and Kailyn for a five to seven month period of their pregnancies, capturing the intimate moments of their new lives as expecting mothers. The teens are forced to make adult decisions on marriage, adoption, and newfound responsibilities of parenthood.
