Airing in more than 25 countries and exclusively in Canada on Corus Entertainment’s Sundance Channel (Canada) Jonathan Ross hosts unprecedented coverage of the 64th Annual Cannes Film Festival. Giving viewers an insider’s perspective to one of the most exciting and glamorous events of the year, coverage begins Monday, May 16 at 7:30 p.m. ET/MT.
Produced by Cinémoi and Sundance Channel Global, the seven 30-minute episode series present all the stars, all the glamour and all the magic from the 64th Cannes Film Festival. Offering an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the keystone of the festival circuit and one of the largest public showcases for films, directors and movie stars, with the series will air at 7:30 p.m. nightly from May 16 to the 27 (episodes will repeat throughout the schedule).
The series features exclusive interviews, red carpet coverage and reaction to festival films from the beautiful French Riviera. Izzy Lawrence (official blogger for The 53rd Annual Grammy Awards) reports from the red carpet and one of the UK’s most influential film critics and chair of the Critic’s Circle, Jason Solomons provides commentary from the festival’s premieres and press junkets.
