A shift on the awards front this week, as the music industry takes centre stage with the airing of the 2020 Grammy Awards (Sunday @ 8pm ET on Citytv and CBS). Several series conclude their current season this week including Emergence, Evil, Shameless, The L Word: Generation Q and Work in Progress. In addition, three series – Arrow, BoJack Horseman and The Good Place, say farewell for good as their final episodes air this week. Two new Netflix series make their debut this week- Omniscient, a Brazilian sci-fi thriller and The Stranger, a mystery thriller based on the Harlan Coben novel of the same name.
Other highlights include 2 specials on Harry & Meghan and their recent decision to split from the royal family; Harry & Meghan: Royals in Crisis airs Wednesday at 8pm ET on FOX, while Royal Divide: Harry, Meghan, and The Crown airs Wednesday at 10pm ET on ABC. Also, Super Bowl fever kicks off with Super Bowl Greatest Commercials 2020 (airs Wednesday at 8pm ET on Global and CBS), a one hour special looking back at the best Super Bowl ads from years past.
