It was another bull’s eye for ARROW as 1.3 million viewers tuned in to its special CTV premiere Sunday night. Following its historic CTV Two debut Wednesday as the network’s most-watched series premiere on record (1.1 million viewers), ARROW delivered another million-plus audience to finish #4 for the night, behind only THE AMAZING RACE (#1, 2.7 million viewers), ONCE UPON A TIME (#2, 1.7 million viewers), and THE MENTALIST (#3, 1.6 million viewers). THE AMAZING RACE and ONCE UPON A TIME both delivered new season high audiences as CTV won every hour of primetime Sunday night from 7-11 p.m. with total viewers,A18-49, and A25-54.
Meanwhile, CTV’s new BIG BANG NIGHT ON CTV programming block went “top shelf” Saturday night, averaging 1.2 million viewers from 8-10 p.m. The four, back-to-back episodes programmed around the theme, “First Contact,” were the Top 4 most-watched programs of the night. The block delivered a series-high 730,000 viewers for THE NEIGHBORS, which followed at 10 p.m. BIG BANG NIGHT ON CTV followed a new series overnight high for an original episode of the series last Thursday night with 4.3 million viewers on CTV. Also on Saturday, an all-new episode of W5 drew 879,000 viewers at 7 p.m.
On Friday night, CTV also won every hour of primetime from 8-11 p.m. with BLUE BLOODS (#1, 1.7 million), CSI: NY (#2, 1.4 million viewers), and GRIMM (#3, 1.1 million viewers).
