Dylan Nielsen was a healthy 12-year-old until a mysterious illness took control of him. They turned to local doctors for assistance, but found that the health care system that was supposed to help Dylan almost killed him – forcing him to spend precious years locked away in a dimly lit room.

Much to his dismay, Cleveland finds out that Cleveland Jr. will inherit all of his ex-wife’s belongings and that his parents, Cookie (guest voice Francis Callier) and Freight Train (guest voice Craig Robinson), plan to remarry. Then, Freight Train dumps Cleveland as best man in favour of Donna’s ex-husband, Robert (guest voice Corey Holcomb). In the end, Cleveland steps in to save the day.
