Meet The Canadian Families Competing On The Second Season Of Family Feud Canad, Premiering Thanksgiving Monday on CBC

After a hit first season that saw a diverse range of 62 Canadian families take the FAMILY FEUD CANADA stage with host Gerry Dee, CBC is ready to introduce the next round of families who will appear on the second season of FAMILY FEUD CANADA (104×30). Featuring 104 new episodes and broadcasting four nights a week (Monday through Thursday) at 7:30 p.m. (8 NT), the second season of FAMILY FEUD CANADA kicks off Thanksgiving Monday, October 12 on CBC and the free CBC Gem streaming service.

The new season follows a successful first season that reached 2.6 million viewers in Canada each week with an average audience of 518,000* per episode four nights each week, including 30 percent in the 25-54 demographic. More than half of all viewers watched with others in their household.*

Now filming at CBC’s Broadcast Centre in Toronto, FAMILY FEUD CANADA invites families to go head-to-head to answer the most popular answer to fun, Canadian survey questions, for a chance to take home up to $30,000 per family. To ensure the safety of the crew and families and adhere to COVID-19 travel and safety protocols, the families participating in this season of FAMILY FEUD CANADA must live within driving distance of the studio.

  • THE KIM FAMILY (Oakville, ON) – The Kim family is made up of first generation Korean-Canadians Sonya, husband Albert, and brother David. They are joined by cousin Sharon and her husband Lynden, and are all game-show obsessed to the point that they have “Family Feud Fever.”
