Chuck (s/NBC): Monday, March 29 at 10:00pm ET/PT (9:00pm CT, 8:00pm MT)
Chuck (Zachary Levi) has his pick of the best CIA agents for an undercover operation, but he has only one girl in mind for the job—Sarah (Yvonne Strahovski). Casey (Adam Baldwin), Morgan (Joshua Gomez) and Awesome (Ryan McPartlin) team up to help Chuck win her back.

The Biggest Loser (s/NBC): Tuesday, March 30 at 8:00pm ET/PT (7:00pm CT, 9pm MT)
The final nine contestants are delighted to learn that they will be competing as individuals for the remainder of the competition. The eliminated contestants return to try and win a spot back in the game. For the first time in Biggest Loser history, this player will be chosen by popular vote rather than weight loss. Then, the remaining eliminated players battle it out for another spot back in the game in a 1,000 step-ups challenge. Later, a close friendship starts to unravel, and after a tense weigh-in, another contestant is sent home.

Parenthood (s/NBC): Tuesday, March 30 at 10:00pm ET/PT (9:00pm CT, 8:00pm MT)
When Max (Max Burkholder) re-joins the baseball team, Drew (Miles Heizer) helps Adam (Peter Krause) connect with his son. Sarah (Lauren Graham) strikes up a friendship with Amber’s (Mae Whitman) English teacher, Mr. Cyr (guest star Jason Ritter, W). Meanwhile, Crosby (Dax Shepard) feels the pressure to have a baby sooner than he expected and Julia (Erika Christensen) tries to teach Sydney (Savannah Paige Rae) how to stand up for herself.

Modern Family (s/ABC): Wednesday, March 31 9:00pm ET/PT (8:00pm CT, 10:00pm MT)
The release of a new product Phil (Ty Burrell) wants coincides with his birthday; Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) has a newfound desire to toughen up; Cameron (Eric Stonestreet ) gets involved in a neighbor’s marital problems.

Cougar Town (s/ABC): Wednesday, March 31 at 9:30pm ET/PT (8:30pm CT, 10:30pm MT)
Grayson (Josh Hopkins) introduces girlfriend Sara (guest star Sheryl Crow) to Jules (Courteney Cox) and company, Jules and Sara hit it off, but when Grayson is overly attentive to his new girl, Jules warns him to back off before Sara pulls away. Meanwhile, Jules’ perfect new bathroom — complete with a “talking toilet” — becomes the main attraction in her home; and Grayson finds inspiration for a new song with a little help from Sara.

The Marriage Ref (s/NBC): Thursday, April 1 at 10:00pm ET/PT (8:00pm MT, 9:00pm CT)
This week, new feuding couples bring their problems to Marriage Ref, Tom Papa, in the funny and revealing comedy series about the unpredictable and hilarious institution of marriage. Sheryl Crow, Jimmy Fallon and Kirstie Alley serve on the celebrity panel this week offering their “expert” opinions to the Ref, advising and influencing his decision.

Who Do You Think You Are? (s/NBC): Friday, April 2 at 8:00pm ET/PT (9:00pm MT, 7:00pm CT)
Brooke Shields embarks on a journey to discover which side of her divided family she identifies with most. On the one hand there is her mother’s thrifty ‘’coupon clipping’’ New Jersey family, and on the other her father’s more illustrious European aristocratic family with rumoured royal connections. In New Jersey, Brooke explores the immigrant neighbourhood where her grandmother Teresa Dollinger grew up and uncovers the truth about Teresa’s painful formative years. Back in New York, Brooke sets out on the trail of her very different paternal ancestry. Her journey takes her to Rome where she discovers that her ancestors were one of the wealthiest and most influential families in 19th Century Italy. But it doesn’t end there – on the trail of yet another illustrious ancestor, Brooke heads to Paris and the very heart of French nobility!

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (s/ABC): Sunday, April 4 at 8:00pm ET/PT (9:00pm MT, 8:00pm CT) ***Special 2 Hour Episode***
Extreme Makeover: Home Edition travels to Kemah, Texas ,with actress Jessica Alba as the celebrity volunteer, to meet Larry and Melissa Beach. These high school sweethearts , motivated by their love of children, opened up their home to adopted and foster children, including some with various disabilities. Larry and Melissa are not only committed to their 13 children, but also to their surrounding community. The entire family plays an active role in their community, dedicating time to the needy and the elderly. In September of 2008, Hurricane Ike swept across the Texas Gulf Coast and left the Beach family home in shambles. Adding insult to injury, their storage unit flooded and destroyed all of their belongings. With mounting medical bills, they’re unable to make any of the repairs necessary to move their family back into their home and currently take refuge in a small trailer.

Murdoch Mysteries (Citytv Original) Sunday, April 4 at 10:00pm ET/CT/PT (7:00pm MT)
While his mother is distracted by a mugging in a downtown Toronto park, Inspector Brackenreid’s (Thomas Craig) son Bobby (Gage Munroe) is kidnapped. As he investigates the case and deals with a stressed and agitated Brackenreid, Murdoch (Yannick Bisson) realizes that the kidnappers took the wrong boy – their intended target was Bobby’s playmate, the son of hard-nosed brewery magnate, Henry Santon (George Masswohl), a man with many enemies. Brackenreid and Murdoch both know the odds of Bobby’s safe return are against them: if the kidnappers realize they’ve mistakenly abducted the son of a poorly-paid policeman they’ll likely kill Bobby. But, as Murdoch discovers, there is more at stake to the kidnappers than money.
