Guest Line-Up Announced For LIVE! With Regis and Kelly in PEI

As top-rated morning talk show “LIVE! with Regis and Kelly” heads north to Canada’s beautiful Prince Edward Island, a diverse and exciting line-up of guests will join them for four shows airing July 12-15, 2010.

“Sex and the City” star JOHN CORBETT, “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” actor PETER FACINELLI, “True Blood” lead STEPHEN MOYER and Canada’s own CAROLINE RHEA all will make the trip to “The Gentle Island” to be part of LIVE’s PEI broadcasts. In addition, married actors LISA RINNA and HARRY HAMLIN, style guru CARSON KRESSLEY and lovely Canadian actress ELISHA CUTHBERT also will chat with the hosts at LIVE’s outdoor stage in Confederation Landing Park.

The guest line-up will include terrific music performances as well, including Grammy Award-winning country artists LADY ANTEBELLUM, chart-topping pop-rock band ONE REPUBLIC and Canadian R&B singer MELANIE FIONA.

Here is LIVE’s day-by-day guest line-up for the Prince Edward Island shows:

Monday, July 12: Peter Facinelli, Carson Kressley, Lady Antebellum
Tuesday, July 13: Lisa Rinna, Harry Hamlin, Caroline Rhea
Wednesday, July 14: Stephen Moyer, Melanie Fiona
Thursday, July 15: John Corbett, Elisha Cuthbert, One Republic

“LIVE” will originate from Confederation Landing Park in historic Charlottetown, capital city of Prince Edward Island. Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa will transplant LIVE’s own brand of entertainment-oriented talk to the island, with the natural beauty of the province providing a colorful backdrop to the show’s celebrity guests and musical performances. LIVE’s viewers will be able to join them in experiencing the wide range of activities that PEI has to offer, as they explore the island from end to end, and delve into the region’s history, food and culture.

Prince Edward Island is located on the east coast of Canada. The Island is Canada’s smallest and greenest province. It is a place of natural beauty and is famous for red sand beaches, potatoes, and the irrepressible Anne of Green Gables. The Government of Prince Edward Island through the Department of Tourism and Culture is responsible to build awareness of the destination and to generate visitation.

“LIVE! with Regis and Kelly” is executive produced by Michael Gelman, and is distributed in national syndication by Disney-ABC Domestic Television. Produced by WABC-TV in New York, “LIVE! with Regis and Kelly” airs weekdays mornings in more than 200 markets across the U.S., and airs daily at 9 a.m. in Canada on CTV.
