The team takes on the case of a pathologist who knows too much about the hospital staff to trust any of the physicians, except House, who has mysteriously gone missing. With House missing, the team has to figure out how to treat the patient while making him believe that House is calling all the shots.

As the game gets closer to its dramatic conclusion, the remaining castaways make big moves to secure their place in the final three showdown.
