Shaw Media is celebrating a night of big wins across Global and its slate of specialty services. Global’s Hotel Hell, featuring Gordon Ramsay, won Monday night with 1.6 million viewers (2+, national). HGTV Canada and HISTORY, whose fall schedules launched this week, took the top two spots (A25-54) across all non-sport specialty channels. All in over 16 million Canadians tuned in last night to Shaw Media networks.
HGTV and HISTORY’s brand-new series claimed three of the top five non-sport specialty series in primetime (A25-54). HGTV’s brand new Canadian series Live Here, Buy This took top spot alongside HISTORY’s new Canadian series Bomb Hunters and Great Lake Warriors.
HGTV owned the top five non-sports specialty series amongst the sought after W25-54 demo. Its prime- time slate including the new series Live Here Buy This, and new episodes of House Hunters and House Hunters International made for an unbeatable lineup.
Over the next week Shaw Media continues to roll out hotly anticipated new fall series across all 18 of its specialty channels.
