From the glamorous red carpet arrivals to the rousing collaborations and standout moments, the GRAMMY Awards® on Global didn’t miss a beat!
Last night’s GRAMMYs struck gold with an evening of breathtaking performances from a genre-spanning group of artists. Justin Timberlake’s sepia-toned comeback performance combined with the star-studded collaborations honouring the late Bob Marley and Levon Helm helped draw in over 3 million Canadians to the jam-packed show. 10.3 million viewers (2+, nat) tuned in to the GRAMMYs at some point throughout the broadcast.
The GRAMMYs had the twitterverse abuzz as fans sent more than 14 million tweets throughout the night. Performers Rihanna, Frank Ocean and Taylor Swift were among the top trenders (Source: http://blog.twitter.com/).
The dynamic trio of ET Canada’s Rick Campanelli, Roz Weston and Natasha Gargiulo won the hearts of Canadians with their love bubble questions, shoe cam and interactive polls, drawing close to 1 million viewers (Ind. 2+, nat) to the one-hour live red carpet pre-show.
