Deck the halls with Hollywood Suite‘s annual holiday celebration on screen! Running from December 1, 2022 to January 5, 2023, this year’s Hollywood Suite FREE PREVIEW will be available to Canadian households from participating TV Service Providers, including Amazon Prime Video, giving viewers unlimited access to their movies and series on four HDTV channels and Hollywood Suite On Demand (where available).
In the spirit of giving, Hollywood Suite’s programming team has drawn up their naughty and nice lists, with dozens of classics from the 1940s through to today. Their “Nice List” includes the premieres of family-friendly flicks like The Land Before Time (1988), Sesame Street Presents: Follow That Bird (1984), Casper (1995), Paddington (2014) and The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (2005). Meanwhile their “Naughty List” will offer such saucy selections as Slap Shot (1977), Scarface (1983), The Terminator (1984), Wild Things (1998), Fifty Shades of Grey (2015), and John Wick (2014).
Anchoring Hollywood Suite’s “Naughty List” is the broadcast premiere of 5’7 Films‘ holiday comedy caper Vandits, premiering December 15 at 9pm ET. A future holiday cult classic, the film follows four stoners who have the bright idea to knock over a senior citizens bingo hall on Christmas Eve. Written by comedic duo Stu Stone and Adam Rodness, Vandits stars Robb Wells (Trailer Park Boys), Enrico Colantoni (A Beautiful Day in the Neighbourhood), Jann Arden (national treasure, no credits needed), Tony Nappo (Saw II), Francesco Antonio (Wayne), newcomer Victoria Turko, and Jesse Camacho (TV’s Locke & Key). The hilarious holiday romp, directed by Stu Stone and produced by Adam Rodness, will be available on demand beginning December 1.
With winter upon us and the holidays approaching, now is the time to cozy up on the couch to binge full seasons of acclaimed international series such as the gritty Naples-set crime drama Gomorrah, David Tennant and Michael Sheen’s star-studded comedy Staged, and the BAFTA Award-winning Line of Duty.
