At last night’s Youth Media Alliance Awards, TVOKids took home four awards, recognizing the media organization’s creativity and excellence in children’s educational programming.
In addition to receiving two awards for co-produced programming, TVO was celebrated by the Youth Media Alliance with wins recognizing excellence for in-house content geared toward young learners and school-aged children. As the “most trusted” and “most educational” media brand for children in Canada, TVOKids was also honoured with the inaugural YMA Parents’ Award as chosen by parents across the country. TVO also celebrated the Outstanding Achievement Award for Wild Kratts‘ Chris and Martin Kratt, longtime members of the TVOKids family.
