June Delivers Premieres of New Reality Series EXIT and Final Season of U.K. Cult-Hit BEING HUMAN on Space

Space gets real this June with four spectacularly suspenseful premieres, including the all-new six episode series EXIT, based on the hit Japanese game show DERO!. Premiering Wednesday, June 12 at 9 p.m. ET, and hosted by Curt Doussett (AMERICA’S LOST TREASURES), EXIT challenges teams of two contestants to escape a series of mind-bendingly diabolical rooms, each more challenging than the last.

Also this June, Space fans prepare to say goodbye to their supernatural besties when the final season of BEING HUMAN (U.K.) begins on Saturday, June 8 at 9 p.m. ET. In the last installment of the series, ghost Alex (Kate Bracken, NEW TRICKS) is adjusting to life after death with werewolf Tom (Michael Socha, THIS IS ENGLAND ‘88), but vampire Hal (Damien Molony, NATIONAL THEATRE LIVE) is in hell. Not because he’s chained up like an animal, but because he’s desperate to clean up the messy house.

Rounding out an already jam-packed month of premieres is docu-series PARANORMAL WITNESS, which returns on Wednesday, June 5 at 10 p.m. ET for a third season of don’t-watch-it-alone first-hand accounts of the unexplained. TOTAL BLACKOUT is also back with Season 2C of the half-hour extreme game show on Thursday, June 13at 9 p.m. ET.

PARANORMAL WITNESS – Season 3

Premieres Wednesday, June 5 at 10 p.m. ET

Mixing first-hand testimony with dramatic re-enactments, PARANORMAL WITNESS recreates uncanny experiences that defy explanation. In the season premiere, “The Long Island Terror,” a firefighter’s widow unwittingly buys the former home of devil-worshippers, and does battle with a demon to save her daughters’ lives.

BEING HUMAN (U.K.) – Season 5 *Final Season*

Premieres Saturday, June 8 at 9 p.m. ET

In the premiere episode, “The Trinity,” when Tom (Socha) and Alex (Bracken) decide to set him free, Hal’s (Molony) wracked by uncertainty…can he control his bloodlust? Things also get complicated with the return of Mr. Rook (Steven Robertson, LUTHER), the shady figure whose government department protects the world from supernaturals. Having been fired from the café, Hal and Tom find new employment at the Barry Grand Hotel, home to poisonous pensioner Captain Hatch (Phil Davis, Fast Girls). Unknown to the trio, his decrepit exterior hides an ancient evil that threatens not only their friendship but also the entire world.

EXIT *New Series*

Premieres Wednesday, June 12 at 9 p.m. ET

In each episode of EXIT, four teams of two contestants battle to escape a series of four rooms which are each more challenging than the last. The winning team must beat the clock while solving rapid-fire brain games and navigating a bevy of terrifyingly entertaining puzzles in order to be the only team to truly exit and win the $10,000 prize.

TOTAL BLACKOUT – New Episodes

Premieres Thursday, June 13 at 9 p.m. ET

Host Jaleel White (FAMILY MATTERS) is back to test the will of contestants set to battle each other, and their fears, through a series of challenges – all in the dark. In the season premiere, “Parental Blackout,” mothers are teamed up with their offspring to conquer challenges in pitch black. After contestants guess the weight of several objects, they must then identify items in mystery tanks. The remaining teams attempt to identify objects placed inside bubble helmets for a chance to win $5,000.

Each heart-stopping series is available online at Space.ca, with episodes available following their television broadcast.

PARANORMAL WITNESS is produced by Raw TV (GOLD RUSH ALASKA), and executive producers are Dimitri Doganis (BREAKOUT) and Bart Layton (BANGED UP ABROAD).
