Celebrity Obsessed, Self Involved and Self Tanned: THE SPIN CROWD Has Arrived! Series Premiere Feb. 13 on E!

It’s all about the spin and it’s over the top! From media relations to diva requests and product launches, celebrity branding is on a roll in the E! SPECIAL: THE SPINdustry, airing Sunday, Feb. 13 at 9 p.m. ET, followed by the premiere of the seven episode reality series THE SPIN CROWD at 9:30 p.m. ET (visit eonline.ca to confirm local listings). Starring KEEPING UP WITH THE KARDASHIANS familiar faces, PR powerhouse Jonathan Cheban and his dedicated protege Ottawa-born, Simon Huck, E! SPECIAL: THE SPINdustry and THE SPIN CROWD take viewers inside their prominent New York City-based celebrity public relations agency, Command PR. Owner Jonathan and Vice-President Simon lead the crowd as their firm executes publicity of exclusive events, celebrity appearances, high-end products and brands, including publicity representatives for stars such as Kim Kardashian.

Working alongside Jonathan and Simon at Command PR in THE SPIN CROWD are PR veteran Katie, outspoken former model Lauren, laid-back Erika and newbie Summer. The ambitious, high-energy team work long hours both in and out of the office, juggling the 24/7 drama that comes with their hectic schedule, complex projects, demanding clients and everything in between.

Preceding the series premiere of THE SPIN CROWD is the E! SPECIAL: THE SPINdustry airing Sunday, Feb. 13 at 9 p.m. ET. The 30 minute special that inspired the series is a glamorous and light-hearted reality documentary following the Command PR team as they open a West Coast office and work on an event for Spice Girl Mel B. During the special, viewers get a behind-the-scenes look at how the team executes red carpet events, cozy up to their celebrity clients and try to stay swift enough to keep last-minute mix-ups from spiraling into disasters.

In THE SPIN CROWD series premiere “Image is Everything” (Sunday, Feb. 13 at 9:30 p.m. ET), Jonathan and Simon team up with Mario Lopez to create a photo op for a new men’s self tanner. Meanwhile, Jonathan tries a questionable new method to get in shape quickly and Erika must decide whether she should take Jonathan’s advice and get her lips surgically enhanced.

Still to come on this season of THE SPIN CROWD, Jonathan is asked by Kelly Osbourne to put together a hot event for the charity she’s involved with. Jonathan and Simon’s decision to live together is causing them to fight more than ever, and Lauren realizes she went too far when she plays a trick on co-worker Summer, causing her to have a panic attack.

THE SPIN CROWD is executive produced by Kim Kardashian and Bunim-Murray Productions.
