TELETOON announces special March Break programming from Monday, March 14 to Friday, March 18, 2011

Ditch those pencils and those books this spring with TELETOON for March Break From Reality – five full days of special programming from Monday, March 14 to Friday, March18, 2011. TELETOON’s jam-packed March Break lineup includes the world broadcast premiere of the animated film Scooby-Doo! Camp Scare, a daily slate of Scooby presentations and an exclusive sneak peek of the all-new TELETOON original series My Babysitter’s A Vampire among other special programming. These five days will also feature hosted segments by cast members – Vanessa Morgan, Matthew Knight and Atticus Mitchell – from the upcoming series and original film My Babysitter’s A Vampire.

TELETOON’s March Break From Reality programming includes the following highlights:

Scooby-Doo! Camp Scare (Animated Film; Canadian Broadcast Premiere)
Tuesday, March 15 at 6:30 p.m. ET/PT
At Camp Little Moose, the counselors are friendly, the activities are endless and the urban legends are intense. In fact, every time someone tells a ghost story, the creepy creature comes to life. But the Mystery Inc. gang doesn’t spook that easily and Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, Freddy, Daphne and Velma fish for clues to solve the mysteries of The Woodsman, The Fishman and The Banshee of Black Canyon.

My Babysitter’s A Vampire (Sneak Peek; TELETOON Original Series)
Monday, March 14 to Thursday, March 17 at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT
Every weekday evening during the March Break period, TELETOON offers viewers a special sneak peek of the highly anticipated new series My Babysitter’s A Vampire. Following the success of the TELETOON original feature film of the same name, the series follows the heroics of a group of three geeky, sci-fi-loving dudes and their smoking hot vampire babysitter as they defend their town against an avalanche of scary supernatural phenomena. Starring Vanessa Morgan, Matthew Knight and Atticus Mitchell.

Scooby and the gang put their skills to the test in a series of Scooby special presentations featuring new episodes of Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated and Scooby movies including Scooby-Doo! Curse of the Lake Monster and the broadcast premiere of Scooby-Doo! Camp Scare

Action Force Mini-Marathons
Monday, March 14 to Friday, March 18 at 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET/PT
Every morning throughout March Break from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. ET/PT, back-to-back episodes of a different “Action Force” show – Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, Transformers Prime, G.I. Joe Renegades, The Super Hero Squad Show and Generator Rex – will take over the airwaves.

Other special presentations include the network premiere of LEGO Ninjago and new episodes of LEGO Hero Factory. TELETOON will also present the network premieres of Kung Fu Panda on Saturday, March 12 at 7 p.m. ET/PT and Madagascar 2: Escape to Africa on Saturday, March 19 at 7 p.m. ET/PT.

Viewers are invited to visit TELETOON.com to stretch their treasure hunting muscles during the March Break From Reality programming. A “virtual button” will be hidden somewhere on the website daily from Sunday, March 6 to Thursday, March 31. For each button discovered, a letter will be awarded. Once all letters are combined, fans will need to unscramble the letters to reveal a TELETOON secret.
