2011 NHL DRAFT LOTTERY Headlines TSN’s Playoff Preview Coverage Live April 12

One NHL team is going home with the evening’s biggest prize – the #1 overall pick in the 2011 NHL ENTRY DRAFT – when NHL Deputy Commissioner Bill Daly reveals the draft order on the 2011 NHL DRAFT LOTTERY, live Tuesday, April 12 at 8 p.m. ET, exclusively on TSN.

Daly joins host James Duthie and Hockey Insider Bob McKenzie for the 30-minute TSN original production, which also features representatives from each of the five teams eligible to win the #1 overall pick, including Edmonton Oilers’ GM Steve Tambellini, Ottawa Senators’ Executive VP and GM Bryan Murray, Colorado Avalanche’s Executive VP and GM Greg Sherman and Florida Panthers’ Alternate Governor Bill Torrey. The New York Islanders will also be represented at the lottery.

For the second year in a row, the Oilers have the greatest probability of picking first overall in the NHL Entry Draft.

Also in studio for the 2011 NHL DRAFT LOTTERY is Kitchener Rangers’ left winger Gabriel Landeskog, one of the top-rated prospects for this year’s draft. In addition, the show includes a feature on top-rated Red Deer Rebels centre Ryan Nugent-Hopkins.

TSN’s production of the 2011 NHL DRAFT LOTTERY will also air live on Versus in the U.S.
