CBC Hosts Exclusive Coverage of the Third and Final Rounds of the 2013 CN Canadian Women’s Open

CBC heads to the Royal Mayfair Golf Club in Edmonton for exclusive coverage of the third and final rounds of the 2013 CN CANADIAN WOMEN’S OPEN as the world’s top female golfers compete for the $2 million (US) purse. Live coverage airs Saturday, August 24 and Sunday, August 25 beginning at 2 p.m. ET (11 a.m. PT) both days on CBC-TV and online at CBCSports.ca.

Ron MacLean will host CBC’s coverage of the 2013 CN CANADIAN WOMEN’S OPEN and will provide play-by-play alongside analyst and World Golf Hall of Famer Judy Rankin (@Jrprotalker). CBC’s Elliotte Friedman (@FriedgeHNIC), Bruce Rainnie and former LPGA Tour member Gail Graham (@lpgatoa) will provide reports and interviews from the course.

This year’s international star-studded field features 22 of the current top-25 ranked female golfers in the world, including Inbee Park of South Korea (#1), American Stacy Lewis (#2), Suzann Pettersen of Norway (#3) as well as Na Yeon Choi (#4) and So Yeon Ryu (#5), both from South Korea.
